The former BBC Cymru Wales broadcasting house and studios on Llantrisant Road, Llandaff, Cardiff was once the pinnacle of broadcasting facilities.
But the landmark 1960s building and its surrounding structures have been reduced to rubble and the beginning of a new housing estate has been recently rising from the dust, and now the first phase of the site is on sale.
New home builder Taylor Wimpey acquired an interest in the Llandaff site in 2014, a year after the broadcaster announced its move to its new, purpose built £120m headquarters building in Central Square, opposite Cardiff Main Station.
