The parents of Britain’s biggest family considered moving to Florida to help solve their ‘house hunting stress’.

Sue and Noel Radford have outgrown their former 10-bed care home in Morecambe and are looking to move. The couple live with many of their 22 children and for months have been searching for a plot of land where they can build their own dream family house.

However in a scene filmed for their ongoing Channel 5 series 22 Kids and Counting, which airs on Sunday evenings, a frustrated Prosecute told Noel: “I think we should move to Florida. ”

In a clip posted on their TikTok account, a surprised Noel replied “Florida? inch before Sue said “Yeah, what do you think? ”

They were then seen scrolling through house sale listings in Florida and commenting on how big they are. Noel pointed out how houses in the US are much bigger for the money than the UK.

Sue, 47, said: “I’m looking and you can get like a lot for your money. ”

After viewing some of the properties for sale Noel, 51, agreed saying: “That’s massive. Look at the price for that.

“I tell you something Sue, you’re right. You seem to get a lot more for your money than you do here.

“So what do we do just up sticks and move to America? ”

Sue then tells her husband she thinks they should go and see what they can get for their money and make a holiday out of it while they are there. Speaking to the camera she says: “Florida might seem like a random place to go.

“But we love going to Florida on holiday it’s our favourite place to go. The kids love it, the weather is amazing and we just think could this be the place for us? ”

Sue and Noel were then seen in bed discussing then logistics of taking 26 family members on the journey across the Atlantic. Noel said: “If 26 of us go that will be the biggest trip we’ve ever done. ”

Prosecute added: “We’ve never gone on holiday with that many people. inch She then continued: “Well we’ve got to the final tally of the numbers and there’s 26 of us going… 26! ”

Shaking his head, Noel then said: “We need our heads feeling we really do. We must be absolutely mad. ”

Sue was looking on the positive side as she stated: “It’s going to be good fun. I mean like 26 of us – we’re gonna take up half the plane. ”
